Heritage Extension Specialists in Brunswick

Brunswick's narrow, tightly built inner-city streets are full of period homes with heritage overlays and site constraints that most builders shy away from. M.M Constructions has built a reputation for taking on exactly this kind of technically demanding, architecturally led extension work in Brunswick.

Our work in Brunswick

Our standout Brunswick project is on Blyth St — a period extension in polished concrete and black charred eco timber, plus a detached double storey garage and loft built around a heritage-listed laneway wall using extensive structural shoring. We've also completed an extension and renovation on Davies St and renovations on Canberra St, giving us a strong track record on Brunswick's most constrained inner-city sites.
