Suitable for clients with no architectural drawings who want to work with M.M Constructions from concept through to construction. We coordinate the entire process: architecture, engineering and construction, under one team from day one.

Two-Stage Fee Proposal
Suitable for clients with full architectural and engineering drawings. We provide an initial cost assessment based on our inclusions, followed by a refined fixed price proposal once all selections and documentation are finalised.

Already have your drawings and approvals in place?
This is where we start. Whether you've completed one of our pre-construction pathways or you're coming to us ready to build, the process from contracts through to handover looks like this.
Contracts
We use HIA building contracts tailored specifically to your project. Once signed, we issue the building deposit invoice and begin organising your building permit and preliminary requirements.
Permits and Insurance
Casey manages all permit preparation, documentation and liaison with our private building surveyor, council and water authority. Domestic building warranty insurance is arranged before any work commences on-site.
Construction
Mick and the team are on-site almost every day. You'll receive regular communication on progress, timelines and key developments throughout the build, with site visits scheduled at key milestones.
Handover
At completion, Mick conducts a detailed final walkthrough with you. Any defects are actioned before a handover date is confirmed, and all keys, warranties and documentation are handed over.
