What started as a specialist extensions and renovations business has grown into one of the Macedon Ranges' most trusted boutique builders, delivering custom homes, period home works and major renovations across the region and into inner Melbourne. The business is built around a small, experienced team that takes genuine pride in every project they're involved in.

Meet the Team
Mick Martin
Director and Registered Builder
Mick is the first point of contact for all things construction. As a qualified carpenter and registered builder with over 25 years of experience, he has extensive experience delivering complex extensions and high-end custom homes. His hands-on background means every project is approached with practical insight, strong problem-solving skills, and a clear understanding of how designs translate on site.
Mick works closely with the team and trades to ensure each project is run efficiently, safely, and to a high standard from start to finish.
Casey Martin
Administration and Client Support
Casey is the first point of contact for new enquiries and looks after all preliminary works before the team begins on-site. Highly knowledgeable about building, she manages contracts, permit applications, and all required documentation to ensure everything is in place before a build gets underway.
Throughout construction, Casey continues to liaise with clients and is the go-to contact for finishes and selections. Responsive, organised, and always willing to help, she guides clients through every step of the journey.
Alex Guy
Site Supervisor
Alex brings structure and coordination to our on-site operations. As our site supervisor, he works closely with Mick to manage daily site activity, trades, and materials.
With a strong eye for detail and a calm, practical approach, Alex ensures each stage of the build runs efficiently and meets our quality standards. He’s also a friendly and reliable face on-site, helping to maintain clear communication between the team and our clients.
Angus & Phoenix
Qualified Carpenters
Angus and Phoenix have grown with M.M Constructions, completing their entire apprenticeships with the team and now working as fully qualified tradesmen.
Friendly, approachable, and highly skilled, they bring a strong understanding of the M.M process and a level of attention to detail that ensures every project is delivered to the standard the business is known for.
Mac
Apprentice Carpenter
Mac is developing his skills on-site while learning the M.M way from an experienced team.
He brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, taking pride in every task he's involved in.
Nirvana Martin
Administrative Assistant
Nirvana supports Casey in the office, bringing a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for the construction industry.
With a strong interest in design and finishes, she plays an important role in helping ensure each project reflects the quality and care M.M Constructions is known for.
