Luxury Period Renovation & Extension Builder in Aberfeldie

Aberfeldie is defined by its Edwardian and Victorian weatherboards, tree-lined streets, and proximity to the Maribyrnong River — a suburb where heritage character and high-end family living go hand in hand. It's exactly the kind of area M.M Constructions specialises in: preserving period street presence at the front while delivering architectural, high-end living at the rear.

Our work in Aberfeldie

Our flagship Aberfeldie project is on Combermere St — a full gut renovation and rear extension to an original period home, including a second-storey addition and a new detached double-storey garage and studio. The result preserves the home's traditional street-facing character while delivering a completely transformed, high-end living space behind it — a genuine benchmark for period renovation and extension work in Aberfeldie.
